Hi, I’m Mike, president and executive
exteriors and remodeling. We’re going to do a quick kitchen walk through up here in Champlin. So what we did, if you look at the floor, is we went with an unfinished solid three quarter hardwood floor, it’s a hickory. We sanded that down four to six times, and then we put three coats of oil on it for a finisher. We had to detach and reset all of the trim and then we went with my seacrest maple
cabinet and has a couple of different special
features like a pull-out trash here It also has a spot for the trash bags to stay. You’ll also notice that the doors are soft-close. What that means is it gets in and closes on its own softly. We also went with the the Cambria countertops. We went with a
three centimeter depth. The new popular color is the Canterbury and we also went with an under mount double bowl stainless steal sink with the hardware that drops in. The customer provided their own faucet. We also rewired a few different lights with electrical and we did an Australian
adelaide and this is a stone glass mosaic combination that really brings
life to the project. All new outlet covers satin nickle hardware on the cabinets and if you look inside the cabinets you’ll see that it’s finished with a nice solid
shelf not flimsy stuff real nice finish. And then we went with the crown molding up on top will refinished the popcorn on the ceiling to be
be a knockdown texture. And then we put all of the appliances back in. again, I’m Mike with executive exteriors and remodeling. You can always request a free estimate online at executive-exteriors.com. Thanks
