tool for this project will use a Dremel 300 series tool the Multi-Vise and for a grinding accessory you can use
either an #8193 or #8215 aluminum oxide
grinding stone you can also use any Dremel rotary tool
for this project with the tool unplugged attach the
accessory of your choice to the tool then place the screwdriver into the
Multi-Vise plug the tool in and turn onto high speed work the flat side of the screwdriver
with your Dremel tool in an up and down motion making a few passes on either side to
keep the tip even once the blade of a screwdriver has
reached its desired sharpness remove it from a Multi-Vise and it’s ready to use here’s some other thoughts on restoring
the edge to a screwdriver if the aluminum oxide stone you’re using
gets gunked up put a #415 dressing
stone in the vise with the aluminum oxide stone in the
tool run it over the dressing stone at a low to mid speed until it’s clean
